Products are delivered by DHL couriers and sent to the Client within 5 (five) working days following order confirmation.
A tracking service for packages is available.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and the afternoon. The recipient may not request a specific day or time for the delivery. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice at the recipient’s address. Delivery will be attempted twice, after which the courier will attempt to contact the recipient. Fuzzi Spa will not be held responsible for any failure by the courier company to complete timely delivery.
At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or spoiled, including with reference to the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metallic strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or any lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier.
Any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be notified email@example.com
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Fuzzishop.com packages are accurately sealed in plastic DHL delivery service, and closed with an adhesive tape.
If, for any reason, the packaging or the adhesive tape appear to have been tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Fuzzishop.com at firstname.lastname@example.org
FAILURE TO COLLECT THE ORDERED GOODS
If the Client refuses the goods, or if the delivery is impossible for any reason (wrong recipient address or phone number; recipient repeated absence; other reasons) a fee will be charged for the following expenses: delivery of goods + return of goods + customs clearance for return of goods. The sum will be charged in full to the recipient. Only the value of the goods will be refunded, excluding costs above mentioned.
RETURN OF THE GOODS & REFUND
Pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Client may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.
In order to exercise the right to cancel set out in the preceding Clause, the Client shall send notification to Fuzzi spa within the time limits indicated to the following email address email@example.com , or by means of the form provided for that purpose on the Website. Thereafter, the Client shall wait for the authorization of FUZZI SPA to return the goods.
The Client shall return the products within 14 (fourteen) days of said authorization to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:
the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., accessories, complementary items, etc.);
in order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, cards, seals, etc.); in particular no refund will be recognized for items returned without the seal that tied the logo tag to the product, or if the said seal is cut.
Fuzzi spa shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole paid amount, within 30 (thirty) working days from the delivery of the good to its warehouse, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Client shall not bear any expenses incurred as a consequence of said refund, except in case the Client didn’t use the standard return procedure.
In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should Fuzzi spa discover any of the following:
that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.);
that the product is missing the disposable seal that tied the card to the product or if the seal is cut
Should the right to cancel be forfeited, Fuzzi Spa shall arrange to make the goods available to the Client at its warehouse.
